My car tires needed to be replaced. It was unplanned situation,
and didn’t have prior appointment. I was in a predicament and asked the staff if they can accommodate getting the tires done same day. Let me tell you, these guys are amazing!! They ordered the tires I wanted and had all 4 tires replaced, balanced and aligned. I am always impressed with how well they do the work and I highly recommend them. Thank you Ravine Auto team for all you do.

I went on a Friday to book an appointment for alignment. They gave an appointment for the following Tuesday without a second thought. I go on Tuesday and Rob asks me “why do I need an alignment?”, I explained him the reason and he said “you’re wasting your money, alignment isn’t going to fix your issue.” He wasted my time in the first place since he didn’t tell me this while taking the appointment but telling this when I go to drop off my vehicle?I then ask him what do you think the problem is. He says you should rotate your tires. I said ok, go ahead and do it for me. Still takes half a day to do the tire rotation. I went to pickup my vehicle later in the afternoon but unfortunately the problem still persisted. I went back and told him the problem wasn’t fixed. Now he already wasted $50 and tells me “may be it needs an alignment. But I’m not sure if it’s going to fix the problem”.If you guys can’t diagnose a problem, I wonder how you’re in business for so long. Never going back here again.

As others have stated Ravine Auto provides great service, that is done by honest people, charging reasonable rates. Over the years I've been saved twice from dealer's service shop "deeds" by Ravine Auto mechanics and I could not recommend them more. Best auto service in the area by far!

What a great bunch of friendly people! My neighbor recommended this garage. I have this issue of the radiator fan ramping up to high speed even after driving a short distance (9kms!) Rob could not find anything wrong (coolant, radiator, etc. all checked out fine), and he recommended that I take my car to Mazda for a more in-depth diagnostic. This is the 2nd garage who couldn't find anything wrong, so I conceded to going to Mazda, but Rob didn't charge me for his troubleshooting time! Very decent and honest business here, something that is rare these days. I'll certainly repay his honesty with my future business. ?
