I bought a 2014 Hyundai Tucson from Rainbow motors July of 2023 and three months into buying the vehicle, I have had to replace the engine where the warranty only covered $3000 and I was made to pay $1600 out of pocket, secondly it required parts on top of parts, today September 25th, 2024 the engine came on and I took it to the mechanic who placed the Tucson on the diagnostic machine who indicated that the spark plugs, fluid injectors nothing was change when the new engine was installed and yet I am to pay another $500 to get this matter fixed. The fact that I am a newcomer to Canada of only two years and trying to balance bills, school and two children and being a single mother is very exhausting with unnecessary bills which you never expected to be paying so high for. I will not purchase or recommend another second hand vehicle from no one ever again.

Every time I visit Reda and his team I found how great these people. Reda is professional honest person, always advise you with the best for you and your budget. Never feel that he deals with his customers to get the money from them. I called him once he told me what to do to fix the problem for free. I went last week to him since my AC wasn't working with my car that I didn't buy from him, he advised me to go to Honda because the issue might be a common problem with CRV's. I went and he was right again, they fix it with no charge. Honestly is hard to find nowadays. Thank you so much Reda.
