GO ANYWHERE ELSE POSSIBLE!Terrible customer service and will give half of scrap metal value as they are only interested in making a profit from you. I have been to this location before not knowing the market and now that I’ve been to other gold buyers I realize how badly I was scammed.I recommend A.Z Toronto jewellery located at Brimley and Eglinton they will truly give you the best possible price for your gold.

Terrible place don't go to that store. So went there and lost 1 piece of jewelry and then ask the owner they say they don't found it but when asked if i can checked the camera they don't wont allow even saying im harassing them, very bad experience as a costumer. Recommend to go other store not his one.

My partner and I went maybe two days ago, and of course, like everyone, we don’t know whether to trust the reviews.
The only way to find out is to go in person.
So we go and honestly this was a really good experience.
He was helpful and helped us tons.
For my partner and me, we are very new to selling jewelry so we know nothing.
How much anything is worth or what’s real or not but he helped us out so much that he even explained to us how to tell whether it’s real or not so we won’t be cheated out of money if we ever purchase anything or try to sell anything from/to anyone else.
Honestly, this experience was all new and the most helpful ever.
I highly recommend going and if I ever have any more jewelry,
I would go again.

Always friendly and helpful staff. I like the owner because he is very kind helpful. Sometime if I am late I call the store and he waits for me. I had been sending money to family back home and never faced any problem.
