Reason I give a bad review is because they never finished the job. I called and texted multiple times and am not getting a response. They did not pay attention to the notes and design, and had to come back to cut an edge off which I had told them about and the countertop is missing a piece that was suppose to extend to the wall, I am trying to get them to provide us with a small matching piece so we can finish our reno but they don't respond. Brutal communication and service. The quality is not the best either, the surface does not shine and is hard to maintain, feels almost porous. Not recommended!Service: Kitchen countertop installation

A friend recommended Quartz Countertops International to me. From the initial phone call to schedule an appointment to the installation, everything went very smoothly.As a contractor, it was my responsibility to ensure that my clients were satisfied with the final outcome of their countertops, and Jay and the guys delivered.I would strongly recommend him, and I will contact him again for other jobs in the future.

The individualised service provided by one of the company's owners impressed me greatly. The job was finished the day after I moved in, and the quality was outstanding. Pricing was significantly lower than any other quotes I received. They are truly fast and provide excellent customer service. I'd use quartz countertops international again and highly recommend them.

I have approached them for a counter top quote. They provided a price for a quartz counter top. The only communication is by email through wix.com. I asked about the manufacturer of counter top and they replied it a Chinese made. They provided me with suppliers that are not Chinese and I appreciate that. We emailed them back with our request and received a price, but it did include what we are paying for. I have decided to call the number listed on their website. Someone answered the call and did not ident himself and asked what I want. I explained the situation that I have being communicating through slow email and I am not getting answer to specific questions.. He said I can see the communication and what do want, I must say he was not pleasent at all. I asked what would price include, he replied supply and install. I asked what are the items included in the price. He was rude and put the the phone down. I said I like to place the order, but he was so rude. BECAREFUL

Ken and his team at Quartz International made my kitchen make-over dreams a reality and I couldn’t be any happier! My kitchen and bathroom was equipped with cheap builder grade finishes that were extremely dated and desperately needed an upgrade. I connected with various contracting companies but chose to move forward with Quartz International due to Ken’s exceptional customer service and responsiveness. I had a lot of questions and Ken was always there to answer my calls and provide feedback. An added bonus was how quickly his team was able to install and start the project, fortunately there weren’t long lead times. I am very particular and Quartz International certainly delivered exceptional results that exceeded expectations! This summer we renovated our kitchen. After dealing with countertop delays with another company I contacted Ken at Quartz International. He and his team understood the frustrations we were feeling and responded quickly and professionally to help solve our problem. Within a week of contacting Ken he helped us choose our slab, have us a very reasonable quote, had the stone cut and the counters installed!
