You won’t find a better place for all your wheel related needs! A year ago, I needed hub rings for my 1994 Mazda Miata that I couldn’t find anywhere, and Colin was able to identify the size and ordered it directly from the manufacturer. This year, he helped me grab a new set of rims and tires. Without his expertise regarding wheel fitment, I wouldn’t have selected this current set which has the exact look and driving feel that I wanted out of the car. They also provided me with new hub rings and lugs for the car during installation without having to order them, as the facility is full of a variety of parts. Overall, they are highly professional and care about the customer.

Been looking forward to buying rims and tires from here for a while, went in, there’s one employee, helping what I thought was a customer but seemed more like a friend, so I sat in the waiting area because I don’t know what else to do. Nobody came out to see if I needed help, I just sat and waited a good 20 mins, so I left with money in my pocket. It doesn’t matter what product you sell, you are in the customer service industry, plain and simple. Rule number one, acknowledge the customer, a simple hello works magic. Learn from all your bad reviews about bad customer service!...no response from owner, shows how much they care...Common owner show me that customers matter! Why do you ignore me?Been how long since original review? Not even an "sorry for the bad experience but let us make it up to you" nothing!!! You realize people read these reviews no? Been what like 2 years since my review and yet no response? Why are you in customer service yet know nothing about customer service?wow been a few years and still waiting for a response...

I have my winter tires installed right after the car was delivered by the dealer in 2016. I ordered both new alloy rims and tires of Michelin X-Ice of 225 65R17. It is now about the time to look for replacement. I would never imagine that when I checked I have two 225 65/R17 installed on the RHS and two 215 65/R17 installed on the LHS. The tires were never unmounted or re-mounted by anyone. The car is a 2016 RAV4 AWD. How could any tire installer do anything like that causing unimaginable damages to the drive system. It is very disgusting and acting totally unprofessionally. I will never go back to this tire store.

Excellent costumer service, they answer their emails in less than 24hrs, will reach out to you immediately, I feel like they personalize every costumer.Husband went there and got great advise on winter tires, they offered him options and great prices, explained the types of tires etc, I must say this guys have very competitive prices, our service was also free of charge!When I got there for our appointment I was greeted and offered to sit and grab a free coffee, service was done right the way and when done I inspected my car, not a scratch or anything wrong with it, they neatly put my previous tires in the trunk and rims where cleaned and tires looking fresh and ready for winter :)Thank you, will definitely come back and tell my friends!

Today I visited the Shop to get some parts for the winter Rims i bought 3 years back and the a associate helped me out with it.The price was excellent as always in Wheels direct and the Staff is extremely courteous and friendly.Wheels direct will be the place for my tires and Rims.This is customer service at its Best.

** customer service was good although this issue did happen they did reach out and try to rectify the issue which I appreciate but it would have been nice to be consulted at first even though I was on a budget as I would still have preferred to have things installed regardless of budget that would not have my dash lighting up with a fault***Service was reasonable price and great but due diligence was not done by sales staff. I gave the make and model of my vehicle for tires to be installed but got a fault a day after for TPMS. When I went back the sales staff stated they didn’t install it nor did they ask me if I wanted it installed my initial visit and then stated they wanted 400.00 to install it because they would have to take on and off a tire when they should’ve consulted me on my first visit instead of just assuming i did not want the TPMS sensor. At the very least they should’ve informed me or asked. Sales asked for my make and model of the vehicle so it was assumed everything would be done properly since that information was given and they are a tire shop.

Quick and friendly service. Like how they wrap my tires and put cardboard on the seats. Always been getting my tires from here. Prices are very competitive.They have nice rims in the showroom. (I can't afford them. Nice to look at =p)
