Monday 6 am female counter person is not nice.
Bought a few items & her demeanor was like I'm bothering her.
If she's not happy with her job, just stay home!

They charged me for mandatory car wash. They have changed their machine and I did not know. I was in rush and I did not see the changes. They put this option on purpose to force people do car wash. They trap people and take advantage of their clients business and rush. The cashier said he is not responsible. I wanted to talk to manager, he said the manager can't do any thing and we cannot return your money.

Cashier Akila yelled at customers. She is always rude and grumpy. You can tell that she hates her job and take it out on the customers. Does Petro Canada provide customer service training to their staff? Do they even care that this franchisee is damaging their brand and reputation? There is a Shell and Esso in close proximity on Victoria Park. Go to either one instead.

***Never try car wash!*** Machine is not working properly. After car wash, dirt never removed and water not removed. I had to clean it by myself with hand.

Treat the customers with respect. You have a job because of them. Remember that every time you take a bite of your food.
The cashier was so rude. After filling up my gas, I returned to my car to retrieve my wallet from the glove compartment when the man started announcing over the P.A: 'Get out of the car and pay at the counter.' I confronted him and complained about his rudeness. The only reason he could give was 'because you closed the door.'
What? I don’t have the right to close my door? Am I still in Canada or somewhere else?
I closed the door to retrieve my wallet, and my daughter doesn’t like the smell of gasoline. I'm not trying to evade paying a $50 bill and I haven’t even started my engine yet. Whatever happened to this country, it wasn’t like this few years ago.
