I'm a regular customer to go for car wash in this place which is always good. But last couple of weeks I'm disappointed that there is very less amount of soap coming during the car wash and it's mostly the water is coming and I mentioned at the bill counter as well.Water spray also got reduced. please take a look in this in fixing and to get back in a better way.

Very Poor customer service. The employee is very ill mannered. He doesn't want to see anybody there even just after 11.30pm and customers are not welcomed during this time. And when asked about these, i got answered as "it is management decisions". If the management decisions are to avoid customers that are coming 30 mins before 12 AM, they should have just hung a board there saying so.

Terrible Car wash system in this location. If you could just go to any other location and do the car wash. After washing, the soap foam was all over in my car. Got so many scratches and don’t know what to say. Just had a simply horrible car wash.

Used this petro Canada car wash for the first time. The cleaning brushes caused multiple paint chips during the wash. Would definitely not recommend this

Car wash is broken. All 4 wheels were full of soap. The staff was friendly enough to give a second car wash but it made it worse. Thistime it was too much soap. I didn't take the pictures after the second wash, it was full of soap including the body. Had to get a Jar of water and clean it manually.

I washed my car from this petro canada(2320 Lawrence avenue east). The car wash was not working properly, after the wash my car tire was full of soap, i went to the gas station and told the cashier named Anu j, he was saying that its just a small issue, you can take some water and pour it on all the wheels. I asked him for a coupan to wash the car again, he told me he has no option to give me single use pass like that. I told him i have got passes when the car wash was not satisfactory. He was saying that you can leave and you can report if you would like to. Such a bad experience from this gas station and the staff….0/5

Worst car wash in the area. Not enough rinsing water. Soap still on the car. The air dryer didn't even blow the soap away.

I had a pretty unpleasant experience dealing with this clerk Prudhvi. I got a seasonal car wash pass on my mobile app. The app did not load for the whole time that I waited there and had to reverse as it clearly said "something is wrong on our side". I went in to tell the same to the cashier, and he insisted I uninstall the app and download it again like I'm supposed to troubleshoot. After doing that still, the app won't work which is what I showed him. He then proceeds to ask me to show him the car wash go pass and he would need a signature from me. I had the same issue at another location and they simply gave me another ticket, I don't know why this guy had an issue.

Saicharan is a fantastic individual who not only helped me with the carwash but also demonstrated a genuine understanding of how to treat people with respect. It was a pleasure talking to him. When I couldn't get the receipt at the pump, he went out of his way to provide it personally. Saicharan's customer service is top-notch, and I felt truly respected during my visit.
