“Me and my girlfriend came here looking for a specific brand of dog food, as our dog has certain dietary restrictions. We were greeted by Nicole, who told us although they don’t carry the brand, they can special order it for us.Unfortunately we needed it the day of, so that wouldn’t do. Nicole offered us some free samples for our dog to try that met her dietary restrictions, until we were able to get her the brand we needed. Very pleased by the customer service here!”

“I love this location in particular. I was in a bind financially and one of the great employees, Michael helped me out. He used the customer appreciation program so I could get my can of wet food for my cats. I’d like to see Pet Smart do that lol. I only go to Pet Valu for my cat needs and this experience only solidifies why I only support this franchise”

“I was on the lookout for a LARGE home for my recently adopted Female rabbit as the home she came with was much too small for her to enjoy herself. I called around many different places and discovered this location of Big Als had exactly what I was looking for. When we came to the store, Chelsea greeted us and showed us different homes to look over and we came across a rather LARGE home for a good price. Chelsea was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We liked the service so much, that we came back the next day to buy a large cage for our family of three budgies (Mom, Dad and Baby) and we got a great deal on the huge cage and this time Jasmin dealt with us. Once again very helpful and kind.

PetSmart is one of the only stores in the area that does anal gland expression, but the tech who was there warned us that their method is 100% effective, and I appreciated the honesty and being upfront.
