My recent visit to Pennington Ladies Wear was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Ms. Trina. She devoted over an hour to assisting me in selecting outfits for both a special occasion and my professional wardrobe. Her meticulous attention to detail was evident in every ensemble she crafted. I was particularly impressed by her patience and her ability to encourage me to explore new colors that I had previously been hesitant to try. Her expertise and dedication made my shopping experience truly delightful, and I am absolutely thrilled with my purchases.
I would also like to extend my profound gratitude to Ms. Kaaenaat, whose beautiful and unique name is as memorable as her service. On two separate occasions this week, she has gone above and beyond to assist me. During my subsequent visit to the store to purchase hosiery and accessories, her helpfulness and friendly demeanor stood out. Her assistance was instrumental in making my shopping experience seamless and enjoyable.
To both Trina and Kaaenaat, your exemplary service has left a lasting impression on me. I am immensely grateful for your dedication and assistance. I look forward to visiting Pennington Ladies Wear again on Black Friday, knowing that I will receive the same outstanding service.

I’ve been here a few times for shoes. The shoes fit well and there’s lots of variety. The only downfall is that it’s hard to find someone to exchange sizes because they’re busy. Otherwise a good experience.

I was in the Scarborough store this past Wednesday and have to say that Jackie is a breath of fresh air. I am in the customer service field and it's welcoming to see when someone takes pride and is passionate about what they do, and exactly how I felt with Jackie. She was engaging, patient and helpful. So was Kinot (I hope I spell her name correctly) - they both make a great team!

Whenever I go to Scarborough, I always stop at that store. They always have some hidden gems.Last Thursday I stopped in and found out that I had two coupons that I hadn’t used worth $45.Rosemary was so helpful. The ladies that work in Scarborough are so nice, Lori and Rosemary and Jackie are such a wonderful surprise these days. I normally shop at Woodbridge monthly and online but there is only one pleasant worker, I believe her name is Natalie she’s really great at the Woodbridge store.

The store looks abandoned. No one to help or guide you. The sales person outright ignores you even at the billing counter. I waited to get my items billed, however, even after seeing the customer at the billing counter the sales person/billing did not bother to do their job. I had to leave without buying. Had high expectations.
