I've gone here almost every day for practically my whole life.
Don't be fooled! The name is "Parkway Mall", but growing up down the street from here, I always considered this an "indoor plaza", due to the fact it's nothing remotely close to what you could consider a "mall". You can walk the whole "mall" in one straight walk through and through. Without stopping it takes a whopping 7mins! Most malls it takes that same amount of time to get from my car to the entrance.
Almost nothing here shopping wise to be completely straightforward. Very few clothing stores. There's maybe 4-5 of them, all of which you've probably never heard of, and they're selling brands/clothes you've never before seen. Although they have stepped up and renovated recently, it's still not really worth coming here except for bare essentials and convenience. Besides the Dollarama and Home Hardware, there's not much retail options. Throughout the day, most of the shoppers at this "mall" are seniors, with the occasional students that trickle in and out for lunch. Don't even get me started on the food court!
First off, half of the food court is a Nail Salon. And absolutely nothing to offer food wise. There are maybe 2 places to get food, and its not that great. The other 4 spots rotate between new restaurants that open for 2-4 weeks then close due to lack of business. There's been some new food places added from the renovation, but they're not in the food court. They're scattered down the line in between stores.
This is a plaza where stores go to die. Throughout the time I've been going here, I've seen on more than one occasion, stores open of their "Grand" Opening, just to close down weeks later. Not worth going here unless it's convenient and you live in the area.

2 stars for nostalgia. Growing up in Scarborough I used to go to this mall all the time as a kid in the 80's. Loved Consumers Distributing and K-Mart back in those days. Was in Scarborough today and thought I'd stop in just to see what it's like now, haven't been here for over 20 years. What a sad, sad mall. The food court is awful, the food choices are not good and it's dark and dingy looking. The Real Fruit smoothie/bubble tea shop is the only good thing. They do have a library and a Home Hardware. There is also some strange go-karting place which was closed but it looked like something from FNAF. Anyways it's sad to see a once beloved busy mall dying out with no good options for shopping. Oh if only we could go back to that time and be a kid again in the 80's and 90's...

It's Parkway. There's 3 cellphone stores and a library. That pretty much sums it up.
Edit: I decided to adjust my rating after a couple years of investing into the property and attracting new and modern businesses this mall has improved drastically.
I grew up in the neighborhood and it's quite impressive to see how much it's changed for the better. Good job Parkway!

This cool little mall was open during the pandemic. Now they got bumper cars because some stores inside went out of business.
I know lots of stores went out of business in Toronto. I wonder where they're now.

I remember the mall as a kid. Used to be an open strip mall anchored by K-Mart and Steinbergs.

I was going to write a review for this mall’s securities. They are the best securities ever. Yesterday I went to fido to take the money that they owed me and they didn’t want to give me and instead they called security to take me out of the mall but the securities asked him to solve the problem and finally after two hours waiting there with the help of these dear gentlemen I could take my money back. I really appreciate you Mr Ali and Bradly. God bless you.

A majority of Students from 2 HighSchools in the Area are scaring away Regular Customers from inside and outside the Mall,Tim Hortons,McDonalds andSubway. They are disrespectful, ignorant, extremely loud targeting Working people and Retired People using vulgar language and saying out loud that all Customers are Senior Citizens and should stay quite. This Mall has ongoing issues with Students constantly stealing from Stores.Approximately 1 month ago,a group of Students bullied a 12 year girl at Subway calling her (retarded) several times who has Autism and Epilepsy. She was with her Dad and younger brother eating. Her Dad was furious.Parkway Mall (Owner) and Security should BAN these Students.Regular Customers no longer feelcomfortable coming back toParkway Mall regarding Horrible Students.
