Halfway through the move the manager started texting and calling us to pay. I assured him that we'll pay and that I didn't have time to sit and text while we were still in the middle of moving our stuff. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had told the sales person that since I'm pregnant, we needed help with dismantling and installing our bed, even if that meant we had to pay more. The movers did the dismantling but after reaching the new location they simply dumped all our stuff in the doorway. We had to spend hours clearing the doorway so no one would get hurt and we could access the door. I had also asked for a mattress protector add on which they refused to put on a rainy day resulting in a torn sheet and damp mattress. Horrible and stressful experience

Officially the worst business and person I have ever interacted with. I booked my moving a month before the actual date. They happily took $100 deposit and confirmed multiple times that they are arriving exactly at 4 PM. Guess what I call them at 4:15 PM and an extremely rude guy picks up the phone and says driver called in sick so another one is on a bus to reach here shortly and then they will call you. I asked for ETA and he said I have another person waiting on another line and disconnected. He started blaming me for the delay and said you should have organized your move earlier in the day. Extremely entitled and stupid staff. Save yourself some trouble, don't go to them at all. You will think you saved some money but these guys just won't show up and you will lose your deposit. Complete idiots.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.RUDE, DUMB AND STUPID MATTHEW (may be using alias) has 0 sense how to talk.All the BAD qualities that you can think of, they have few more than that.All the reviews are very accurate. Same terrible experience.They take $100 deposit and they subcontract your job to someone else(who has no experience or 0 skill)This is unethical business and must close their doors.Again,DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, ITS A SCAM

SCAM...READ ALL PREVIOUS BAD REVIEWS..IT ALL HAPPENED WITH US TOO- NO SHOW, NO RESPONSE, INSTEAD OF MRNG SHOWED UP IN THE EVENING GIVING STUPID REASONS-TRUCK NOT WORKING AND THIS AND THAT, DRIVERS DIDNT KNEW ANYTHING, EXTRA CHARGES,NO LEGAL Receipt EVEN AFTER ASKING SEVERAL TIMES...SO THEY ARE REGULARLY/ INTENTIONALLY DOING IT.. I HOPE THEY GET BLACKLISTED.

Asked for a truck to move large items, send a van so now there is multiple trips. This experience is completely unbelievable ?I know the movers (employees) had nothing to do with the situation and I was harsh with them but in the end they did what was needed to be... although it was a double charge to us, I know employees do what needs to be done but as a company... the company is complete garbage and scammers, I would rather not eat for a week and pay more for better and with that being said, I did pay that and will not eat for the week along with my child... low ratings for a reason...
