Inside the Golden Mile Plaza anchored by Ali’s No Frills is an alternative health food store. A friend recommended that I check out this place for a product he recommended.Well, I finally got here today and inquired from the store owner if he had any Ginkgo Biloba? Yes, he had the liquid version but it was a different (and less comparative) potency than at another store I had just visited.The store sells drinks, protein powders, teas, snacks, and food billed as natural products.It’s up to each consumer to read the product labels because it’s not necessarily Health Canada regulated and health benefit claims from each item may be a stretch. Be self aware!There are enough choices and prices seem competitive.
