What a great first experience just called today /now to ask for a simple part got a very loud and rude can you please hold on the phone very strung out like this person hates their day. Then as I reply sure click and hung up on what a great first experience this person obviously feels like they hate their job their tone of voice was rude and then you hang out I think I'll just go somewhere else.

If you’re going to buy anything from this Napa location I suggest to stay away from salesperson name DAVID , he’s arrogant/rude / and doesn’t have good manners toward customers , I’ve had couple of bad experience with him and I think I’m done with this location

This is a crook place to buy auto parts. I didn’t use the part but they didn’t exchange or refund it too.Don’t go to this place. Rude and unprofessional staff and service.

The only problem is there are 2 guys on the service desk and both also answer phone calls. This means lines can be forming at the front and they are still both taking calls. This slows down walk in service for the customer considerably.
