The boss who is a male , he is fat and short. Expect him to fool you. Or tried to lure you into a new contract. Typical bad saleman. Promise was never kept, after you signed up.

Advertise open at 10:00 am on Saturday's waited until 10:45 am and still no show. Came back next day (Sunday April 24, 2016) advertise opening at 11:00 am still no one here at 12:12pm. No respect for customers, shame Mobilicity, do a better job choosing your franchisees.

I purchased a phone there and was having issues with it as it appeared to be stolen. When I returned to discuss this issue there was another customer complaining as they were having the same issues. Very shady location...stay away and you will be thankful.
