This is my go-to Miniso location! It brands itself like a Daiso, but it’s actually a Chinese retailer. The items here can be a hit or miss depending on what you get, but I tend to lean towards the more practical items for their price. They also have a new Asian and Korean beauty section which covers a quarter of the store, and I really like it. They carry brands such as Crème Shop and Rom&nd.
The manager, Josephine, who is of Filipino descent, is super nice. She is always so smiley and helpful, and I really love her personality. She is very lovely. I don’t see her sometimes, but all of the employees are very friendly, hard-working, and willing to help.
Other than that, I don’t shop at Miniso often but go there occasionally. However, I always have a great experience at this location, so five stars!

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO SHOP. OVERPRICED CHEAP ITEMS AND RUDE MANAGER JOSEPHINE.
I am a father of 2 girls and we always shop at that store with my girls and they love it. We bought 2 umbrellas and the girls were very excited to use them this morning as it was raining, but upon opening the umbrella they did not perform well against the wind and the girls were disappointed. So, I took both umbrellas back to the store - I had the receipt for one umbrella which was refunded after much debate and confrontation with JOSEPHINE.
I did not have the receipt for the other umbrella. So, I requested if a STORE CREDIT can be issued as we always shop there and we will use the money towards something else. But JOSEPHINE refused to Refund NOR issue a Store Credit. This upset me quite a bit and then she proceeded to call the security guard on me and told me I had to leave the store as I was trespassing. I was quite shocked and humiliated by this behavior. All she had to do was issue a store credit and I would have been happy.
Perhaps she missed the training on how to appease a customer..in this day and age it is very easy to ruin the reputation of a brand - all I have to do is go on social media and share my store and your brand will be ruined. I hope this manager gets fired as she ruined my day all over a $14.68 store credit. Unbelievable.

I would not suggest anyone to buy cosmetics from here at all. Yesterday bought a colorgram glitter eyeliner, the CSR asked me to collect the new one from the counter and told it was final sale, which I understand bcoz of hygiene reasons. Came back home so excited to try my new eyeliner ,it came out to be defective… its not working at all. Someone tell me how is it the customer’s fault if they r handed over the defective item!? Atleast make exchange policy if the cosmetic item is damaged and informed within a day or two. Not everybody can afford this lucky draw system …Such a bad experience

this store refused to honor the price of face mask sheet that was marked wrong. marked $ 3.99. but scan for $ 6.99. i told them that it was the retail policy in canada to hhonor the price or get it for free if under 10$ .but they said they can not do it here . i come in miniso everytime when seeing. but i will never go back again for this extremely bad service attitude and company policy !!! it is THEIR fault . but NOT willing to take the responsiblity. also said i can take picture and send to head office . but they can not give me for the lower wrong price it here .
