Delivery was quick, arriving within just three weeks, and the sofa and recliner arrived in perfect condition. Don’t pay attention to any 1-star reviews—they’re likely fake from the competition. Midha Furniture is a fantastic choice if you're looking for quality furniture, excellent prices, and great service. Highly recommend!

Worst experience purchasing a sofa set from these people! Delivered a ripped couch and its been 4 months no one came around to fix it. I have called them NON STOP and they keep giving the run around that someone will come repair it however no one has called me back YET. The workers are all VERY RUDE and do not care about you once they have your money. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY the sales people your wasting your hard earned money and giving it to people who do not deserve it.
*editing post* I love how the company decides to now reply to my message SEVEN YEARS after I posted my original review only because 10 people found it helpful over the last few years. You guys are ridiculous and the transaction was not made under my name it was someone else. Great effort but replying 7 years ago would be nice and now your sofa is long gone in the trash and your reply can follow it :) Gbye

I recently made several purchases from your store, but I must express my deep disappointment. Specifically, I bought a sofa approximately 2-3 months ago and have already encountered several issues.Firstly, upon delivery, I noticed that the leg protector screw was missing. I promptly documented this and contacted your store. I was assured a replacement would be sent, but after numerous follow-ups, I received an Amazon product that did not meet my requirements. Instead of the needed screw, I received a sofa leg sticker protector!Also, the quality of the sofa has not held up over this short period of time. It has lost its firmness, and the fabric is already displaying signs of wear and tear. This falls far below the expected standard for a product of this nature.Considering the price I paid for the sofa, I expected a higher level of quality and service. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. I feel compelled to share my experience to caution potential customers against making similar purchases. The level of customer service and product quality do not align with what one would expect from a reputable store.I regret making a purchase from this store. I should have chosen a more reputable establishment known for both quality products and superior customer service, which unfortunately I did not find here.

I went to this place to get some furniture from my house and I loved it. The options they had were incredible and I had a wonderful experience. Their customer service was also amazing and everybody in the store was really welcoming and kind. Overall I really enjoyed shopping there and would definitely recommend.

Worst customer service I have seen in a furniture store. That whole line has furniture stores and I went to a few and was greeted really nicely and got a positive response. This place I walked into had 2 people not going to say what gender but one of them was just chilling on the sofa while other just kept talking on the phone . Long story short I would not recommend this place.
