“I often shop at Hot-Topic (this location, aswell as others) but honestly my experience today was the best customer service I’ve ever received at any Hot Topic location. Drew, the store manager was absolutely lovely & so helpful! I originally just came in to browse earrings but Drew showed me I had some hot cash available, so I figured I’d buy a few things. Ontop of that, Drew went above and beyond to look at some earrings for me & picked out a cute pair of pants that I also ended up getting (they were a perfect fit & so cute!) Overall, it was a really positive experience & Drew made me feel really comfortable:) I would definitely come back to this location:)”

“They have sizes for bigger men and lots of variety like jackets , pants and shirts whatever is required . Saleswoman was also very kind and quick . I wanted a pants with same size dimenision which was not at that time in rack . she run through the back and quickly got that .
It may see expensive at first like 100$ for pants and other things but compare that to tailored made it is very affordable . So go for it”

“I had a fantastic experience with Karen, the manager at Hudson’s Bay in Scarborough Town Centre. After a frustrating situation with the Pickering location, where I was told I couldn’t exchange my Shiseido foundation, Karen stepped in to help and turned everything around. She reassured me that exchanges could be done at any Shiseido counter in Hudson’s Bay, regardless of where the item was originally purchased.
Despite a system shutdown during the process, Karen stayed incredibly positive, helpful, and kind. She patiently worked through the issue, ensuring the exchange went through smoothly. Her friendly attitude and commitment to great service truly made a difference after such a rough experience.”

I'm not much of a shopper and usually leave things until the last minute. Today was no exception. I first visited the Moores at Kennedy and 401, where I picked up two dress shirts and a belt. One shirt really caught my eye, but unfortunately, they didn't have my size. Determined to find it, I headed to the other Moores location near Eglinton and Warden to check if they had it.
The experience at this location was much better. A young gentleman named Marco helped me, and I have to say, we need more service professionals like him! He approached me politely while I was browsing the shirt section, offering assistance without being pushy. When I inquired about the specific shirt in my size, Marco went above and beyond. He first checked the available stock and then searched the system to see if they could find my size. Even though they didn’t have the 36/37 sleeve size I needed, I truly appreciated his attentiveness and how he made my time a priority.
While trying on other clothes, Marco stayed nearby to offer feedback and assist with finding other sizes when needed. His customer service really made a difference in my overall experience at the Eglinton East Moores.
