Over the years (driving now for 20), my preference in getting a car has been to go private by owner or if necessary, with financing a used car through a big dealership--my worst situations ironically being with some of the big popular ones in Scarborough. I'm very familiar with the pros and cons of purchasing a used car. M&M Auto Sales is by far the absolute best experience I've had.I happened to be driving by and saw it on a day when I was searching for a new used car with my parents. Immediately upon pulling up, the inventory was great. We worked with Vince, who came right out to greet and chat with us and took the time to talk through the inventory with ACTUAL automobile knowledge and SO much transparency about each car's history. Even without a commitment, he took the time to give me all possible scenarios with my budget in mind, out of my top picks. Everything that followed after that? Just really respectful, thoughtful, kind treatment and service when I went ahead with a purchase -- from accommodating my work schedule around completing the sale and regular communication leading up, to Vince ensuring time was taken on the car to be ready and safety checked before personally delivering the car to my home and handing me the keys. They even scrapped my old car for me.I actually feel like I didn't settle at all for the first time in my driving life and really have done the best thing for me and my family by purchasing with M&M. It's only been a few days, but I really love the car and I strongly believe that I won't have any issues. I will definitely tell friends and family to go to M&M and go back myself in the future. Highly recommend.

7-Nov-2022: Bought a 2013 Tacoma SR5. Traded my Honda CR-V. Dealt with Mervin.A positive experience for me. Mervin was reasonable with price/trade and set my expectations regarding safety and other costs. He even made sure I was aware of any scratches/ dents.I'd recommend to friends and family.Truck is running great!

Bought a 2013 Subaru Forester from here back in November and I'm in complete shock of how this vehicle was given to meI bought the car for 14k and was told the car was going to come with a safety. Vehicle went in for it's first service yesterday at Subaru and they pointed out all of the issues with the car that were safety related.One of the biggest issues were the brakes. I complained about the brakes when I took it on a test drive. They seemingly "fixed" the issue. Turns out nothing was done to the car. The safety certificate was forged and I will be taking legal action against this.My girlfriend drives around her 3 month old nephew in this car and makes me sick that this car could have failed us while a 3 month old was in it. I'll admit I should've taken this car to my mechanic but I guess that's what happens when some one puts on a friendly face and act.This is a warning to anybody that wants to buy a vehicle here. Subaru has never seen a vehicle in this condition with a safety and it shouldn't have been legal to drive.

We all heard about the dealerships ripping people off. These are the guys!! Mervin was the guys I dealt with.I have bought my last car with them & made the mistake of buying the car with them & getting financing from their guy. Ended up paying $21,500 for a $13,000 car & not to mention the issues on the car with scratches all over, dents & dings. Bought the car at 95,000km & the engine died at 99,876 but fortunately it was under 100,000kms & Toyota still could fix it under warranty. So be very careful!!

I have been dealing with m and m auto for almost 15 years and bought a sienna and a corolla and yaris no problems at all mervin is a warm welcoming person and tells up front about the cars condition very honestly and I highly recommend this place. Will keep on going in the future.

I have a bad experience with my purchase at this dealership. I bought a Sonata 2015 from them. I visited the car and discussed some issues with Ryall and he promised to fix those. I won't complain about taking about 11 days to make the car ready. That's out of the scope of this review.On the pick up day, I checked the issues that were discussed and everything seemed to have been fixed at least to my understanding and as visible as possible. I finalized the purchase, Ryall took a picture from me with the car and thanked me for having business with them.I drove the car home and after turning the engine off and getting off the car found that the remote key fobs are totally damaged. They looked like garbage. I wasn't able to push lock and unlock buttons. There were no buttons there. Just look at the pictures. How do you feel after paying about 14k (which includes 500 only to make the car fit and in good shape) and seeing such a very basic issue that is Hidden from you as a customer.The next day I texted Ryall back and forth and no success. I was told to contact the owner and he said this is not their responsibility and they have bought the car from auction like that. They told me they sometimes sell the card with only 1 key!!!!!I was shocked. I did a couple more follow ups but their behavior totally changed. No response and no more care and warm welcoming.Please be very careful. Check everything before making and finalizing a purchase with this dealership. They are not professional. I just bought my first car from m&m auto sales. And I’m extremely satisfied with their service. I had Ryall and he gave me the best experience. As a first car owner I couldn’t ask for anything better! :)
