Came in looking for a gift for a friend of mine who really loves their product. Was so disappointed coming in no hi, no hello, no welcome or can I help you find something today.
Walk around talking really loud so that the helper help me regarding their product. Went to all corners but the lady there was just talking with a man seems to be a friend or worker too, not quite sure.
Left disappointed.

I had an amazing experience here a few weeks back. I had the pleasure of meeting Neil who happily greeted me upon entering the store. I appreciated how he didn’t bomboard me with promos and give me time to explore. He leader offered a suggestion to me regarding some of the gift sets. I was looking at to which then led to a wonderful conversation about some of the products I’ve tried in the past along with new products for my skin concerns help me to select a wonderful gift for an upcoming celebration which my friend absolutely loved. He was so knowledgable about every single product, offering alternative suggestions for products at different price points I didn’t feel overwhelmed too purchase anything out of my means, simply gave me the best quality of service as I’ve been to a few other locations I’ve never experienced Customer service like this I like he also talk to me about their loyalty program and signing up would offer me a certain percentage off my next purchase, which wasn’t told to me at any of the other stores I’ve been to. I find that other stores I go to people simply greet me and ignore me, or greet me, and bombard me with Promos and products I’m not interested in. Neil also offered me on the classes they offer I look forward to joining them. I look forward to coming back to this location!

Now the service in this store is poor and rude. The attitude of the store clerk made me hard feelings, his and her eyes and expressions suspected me of being a cheat on the gift. They asked me to show my email to prove I was eligible for the gift. This makes me not want to shop in this store anymore so I would rather shop online. I used to love going to this store to buy things. The previous clerk only asked for my account number. He was very polite and made you feel like a VIP.

Checked directions. Checked store hours. Arrived @ STC at 1100 to find the location closed. Waited 10min thinking staff may have left for a few min. No one returned and I left to continue my day.

I dont recommend to shop from loccitane. i regret it and since then only will go to hudson bay if I want loccitane, because hudson bay has refund return policy, while locvitane has zero return policy for new items unused if you paid with cash and for credit card i don t know usually i buy cash but this will be my last visit. They denied to refund my new unopened unused product because receipt was in cash payment.
