Good lcbo. Lots of selection. Cashiers are polite and nice. On or two times i had an incident where they did not acknoloedge me just kept talking to other people but mostly fine. I go to this lcbo regularly.

I purchased an 8-pack of Guinness beers from this store. After opening three cans, I realized that my friends and I did not like the taste. There is one solid particle is there inside the beer.I think we bought different guiness stout beer. so, I contacted the store to request an exchange for the remaining five unopened beers, but they refused. I even offered to exchange them for beers of a lower price, but they still declined. I am disappointed with the store's inflexible return policy and lack of customer service. This experience has left me reluctant to shop here again.

Tonight I asked an employee named Shibu why there was a discrepancy between the price of a whiskey online and the price tag in the store. He told me that the online item had a different item code and then walked away without offering further assistance, which I found very unprofessional. Eventually, the supervisor discovered that the price tag had been placed incorrectly. When I asked Shibu for his name, he responded that it was none of my business.It was a very poor customer service experience.
