Staff at cash register was ignoring my refusal to answer the postal code survey questions. He was pushy, and firm on that. He refused to process my purchase, line formed up, and other staff came to safe the day. I am a regular customer at that location for years. Every time in the pass staff respected my rights of privacy.

Person billing was racist of the 1st order. I was with my wife and they decided to ask for an id and since my wife was not carrying her wallet we were denied service. The only reason I went here was to pick up 2 bottles of rum which was not available at the progress ave location. I already paid 300$ at progress and these guys at Kennedy decided to only check for my id probably because I was not well dressed to his liking. Never going to visit this place

This Lcbo is ok sometimes if you get staff that mind their own business ? I dont know why some staff look at women like we cannot drink alcohol? Hello? Women need alcohol too for 2nd wind or just for soothing muscle aches and pain or for sleep promotion. Not all people are alcoholics. Please treat women equally like men. Ps… most Lcbo that I go too do this to women they look at women like we cannot drink alcohol ? Hello?

Just walked out of this LCBO because of the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came in with my father (F18), to purchase some alcohol for his colleagues. When we came to the cash to pay, they told me that because I touched the alcohol (mind you it was in a box, I didn’t even touch the bottle itself) I needed to show ID. And since I came with my father, I didn’t bring my ID, but had it digitally. Even though I showed them digitally, they said he could not buy the alcohol because it needs to be a physical piece of ID, even though I’m not the one purchasing the alcohol. All because I ONLY touched the box. Which is so BEYOND STUPID. The other worker named Emily made the whole situation a lot worse. We needed this alcohol urgently to gift today, and we didn’t even end up buying it. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT come here if you want to bring someone for a second opinion.
