Seriously very bad and worst serviceBuyed dress for an occasion worth 300$ but the dress was too tightWent to give return and they denied saying dress is smelled with purfume, tag tampered, etc etcWhile buying only we asked to give new dress instead of small /showcase dress..but they said they have to order it.. really a disgusting store.. they don't even have extra dressNow they denied to return dress amd the quality of dress is also very cheapCustomer service is toooo worstThey don't even respect customer. Very rude behaviorI felt Canadians trear customer as god but this store people treat customer as slaves.. dont even respect themA negative rating for this store and employees

I had an incredible experience at Scarborough Town Centre, thanks to Marva’s exceptional service. She went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring I had a positive shopping experience. However, I must mention that her manager, while not the friendliest, did not overshadow Laura's outstanding service. I'll definitely be a repeat customer, thanks to Marva’s dedication and professionalism.Rating a 4 because of her manager Marva is a 10 star plus

I've never been into a store that has an empty checkout desk and staff that actively avoid trying to help or speak with you. The staff member that eventually helped us was kind and friendly, however the whole setup seemed unprofessional at best.

Dont spend money here the employees follow you around the store even if you consistantly tell them you dont need assistance, they are ageist. After one employee stopped following us another one was litteraly shadowing us...MAM you are a litteraly just turned around facing a wall solemnly in a whole buisiness suit just 1 ft away from us while the whole store is EMPTY. I came with my friend to help her pick a mothers day gift unfortunately she was out of options and made the purchase here anyways. First I thought it was a race thing until I called to follow up with the incident and the person on the phone asked if I was "the 2 teenage girls" who came in and than I got it.

Very nice quality clothing, I bought a pair of pants for work from here 10 years ago. They've lasted for so long that I'm about to get them tailored for a second time due to my steady weight loss.Clothing is on the pricey side but it's worth it. Ideal for adult/older women and for women who work corporate jobs. However, I've seen some nice dresses for prom and grad season too.I stopped by for the first time in a while today, the quality still looks good and the associates were very attentive and welcoming.

I bought a beautiful dress worth $338.99 (including taxes) . Store associate Donna helped us to find a perfect size with such a polite and respectful manner. Store was very neat and clean. I loved the dress and will visit again.
