Labels is a clothing store that is part of the Malvern Town Centre. They have an outside entrance and an inside the mall entrance.
There's a whole discounted clearance clothing section on the left of the store. The quality of clothing here has gone downhill slowly over the years, so don't expect much. You might find some good quality clothes here and there. It's either a hit or miss.
The clothing store is pretty much empty, devoid of customers... Say about maybe 5 customers including us where roaming store. For the discounted clothing in the discounted clearance clothing section, you can find some damages on the clothing, like a rip or tear. Some scratches and other mistakes. And some pretty major damages to the clothing too.
Customer service was lacking. The manager didn't seem to understand that if you cut that piece that's coming out of the material of the clothing, the clothing would basically unravel into just string. He did give us a discount on top of it after my mom had asked for a discount.
If you want quality clothes... Then don't come here for it. It's like gambling for good stuff and you're always losing.

All Trial rooms are used for their internal storage and they have let only two trial rooms for such a huge store..

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. My wife and I spent nearly an hour selecting dresses for her picnic. When we finally approached the trial room at 5:20 PM, we were informed that it was already closed, even though the store itself closes at 6 PM. This made no sense and completely wasted our time.
The manager was unhelpful and did not listen to our concerns. Why bother keeping the store open if you’re going to close essential facilities like the trial rooms so early? It’s ridiculous and shows a complete lack of regard for customers’ time and convenience.
I strongly advise anyone planning to shop here to check the status of the trial rooms before wasting time picking out clothes. I’ve never encountered such poor service and disregard for customers in any other store. Shame on you. Please grow up and learn to value your customers and their time.

very very very poor customer service . They wont even open the dressing room for the customers which is unfair.Never gonna go back there again !!I I had wasted almost an hour searching my cloths and had to go back with nothing!!!

August 15th 2023 , worst experience I've had since being in Canada.. people were in the dressing room for over 20mins with their kids climbing under the stalls and the staff wasn't helpful in no way... Wish I could give ZERO stars

I bought my winter jacket from here, the zipper got damaged within one month and the summer wears got damaged within one use. Poor quality dresses. Not recommended.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This store has the worse customer service. I have been shopping at this store for years, on my last visit they had an item mistakenly priced, instead of honouring the ticketed price the associate proceeded to argue with me . When i asked to speak to manager i was told he was not there, i then asked for the customer service number and the associate stated he didn’t have it, smh. I returned later and spoke to the who also wanted to argue with me, i told him i was no longer interested in buying the item and I will no longer be shopping at Labels.

I went here today and it was awesome. The clothes are on summer offer sale and it is most affordable. It was a little bit crowded. The staff were friendly and helping. They also had winter clothing on sale at the back. Thank you:) I liked it very much.

I find the employees at this location doesn't have good customer service skills. They don't greet you,say hello at least, no thank you after doing a purchase what so ever.

Cheap, poor quality dresses. I buy most of my summer dresses there because they are so cheap I can afford to get rid of them and buy new when I’m sick of them, or as they age and get worn out. I usually leave them for staff when I go to resorts in poor countries in the Caribbean.
