I just bought a car from the dealership and it was a wonderful experience. Joanna was great. She walked me through everything and made sure that I knew everything about the vehicle before I bought it. I have been to other dealerships before and they were not as thorough as this place. They even offered warranties and cleaned the vehicle for no additional cost which I find other dealerships did not offer the same benefits. Everyone here was very kind and respectful, and made the whole process of buying a car very smooth with no hassles. I would definitely recommend this place as they have a good selection of cars and great people there to walk you through everything and help you through any questions or concerns that you may have. 10/10!!!

We purchased a 2015 Honda Fit from KS this week. Joanna and staff were very helpful and the process was painless. We were impressed with their attention to detail (the car was spotless inside, was washed before our test drive and washed again on pick up) and helpfulness (installed snow tires for us). If you're looking to either purchase or sell a vehicle, start with KS.

I had a fantastic experience with KS Car Sales! I traded in my minivan, and they offered me a much higher price than any other dealership. Not only that, but they were incredibly flexible with the drop-off time, which made the process stress-free. Later on, I sold my winter tires to them, and once again, they gave me the best price I could have imagined. I’m truly grateful that our beloved mini van has found a new home through KS Car Sales. I highly recommend them for their fair pricing and excellent service!

It is a really good experience to buy a used car at ks car sales (Kai Ming Car Sales), the inspection and explanation of the after-sales service details are also very detailed, and the transfer procedure is simple and smooth.

Please read before making your way going to that second hand car shop!
It’s absolutely very bad service after buying a used car from this company. What they really care about is your money. I took my car back to them for fixing (just bought one month/ driven less than 3000km), not only I needed to pay for that, but they also send me some scratches on the car as gift. Besides they requested me to have oil change even though it’s just been driven for 2600km. I was very disappointed and regretted giving them chance to take my money.
Their warranty is definitely a bullshit. Never believe what they say about it, because what they really care about is your money.

This place has very good deals and service especially for used cars. They gave me a generous deal on a 2006 outlander and they go above and beyond for service, like setting you up with a free warranty and giving you the car in great condition.

I sold my car to KS Car Sales & Service several years ago and bought another car from them just recently. Joanna and Kelvin, the owners were very friendly and professional and the employees were also very helpful. No matter selling or buying, they were efficient and could make everything done in one day. I had very good experience with them and highly recommond their service.

I’ve purchased 2 used vehicles from KS and I haven’t had any issues I bought a 2008 pontiac torrent from them a few years ago and it performs very well. Never gone over yearly maintenece cost, clean inside and the give you the carfax for every car.
they’re very knowledgeable and actually care about having quality cars on the lot, everything is priced with all the information on th, visible through the window. It’s really my go too when I need a car or if a friend tells me their shopping I know whatever they’ll buy they’ll like.
Like once I went with an issue with my seat reclining and the mechanic just walked out whispered to my seat and fixed it sent me on my way no charge. I’m a lifetime customer at this point.
