Can get lots of good Asian cooking tools but need to be careful inspecting bamboo steamers (here or anywhere), as I bought one which had a bit of mold which I didn’t notice until I got home. My fault, as it’s a natural product prone to this. Wok and wok ring are serving me well.

Was not accommodating at all. Store is very small and catered to cookware for Chinese food mostly.Nov 1120 - ty to the owner for responding. However, it's unfortunate that your customer base is Chinese patrons only, to my POC's ensure your money is not spent here or at the warehouse.My concern was the horrible customer service in the store but thank you for showing who and what your company stands for.

Very good service. Helped me with everything I was looking for. Limited selection, but I think they carry the full inventory in their warehouse which is open to public also.

It's a tiny place but boy is there a lot of great stuff in there! I bought a hand hammered 17" Cantonese wok at a great price along with wok ring and a lovely Chinese cleaver which I now use every day! The owner was very helpful and gave good advice. Can't wait to go back to get some more things.

Their store location is small but it's quick enough if I need to grab a few items. Their warehouse is great for larger quantities.
