The appearance of the place is good but worst management I've ever seen in this country. They treat guests in the worst way possible. I could give 0 stars if there was an option. The chief security officer named "mano" was so stupid and disrespectful in behaviour and doesn't know even a basic public behaviour. He was screaming at guests and behaved really mean spoiling our day. If you are organising any event at this place I would recommend do not choose this if you want your guests to be treated well.

On December 9th, 2023, we had my daughter's sweet sixteenth birthday party and it was truly a fantastic experience. Senthuran cooperated with us so well and went above and beyond, as well as the staff. It was such excellent customer service! The food was amazing and overall we are 100% satisfied with the service that was provided to us by Senthuran. We will definetly refer our friends and family! Once again thank you so much for your excellent service!

Great place with excellent coordination. Food is great.Had my little ones 1 st birthday party yesterday night. Overall it was a fantastic night. Everything was great. Team is really friendly and helpful. I was allowed to do all my decoration from the day before. Never said anything. The service was with the smile. Suganthan was dealing and coordinating everything for us. Something unique compared to other hall management. I also allowed to have the hall from yesterday morning. Thank you for the team for all their support. I highly recommend this place for all your parties and special functions.

We just had our wedding here and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a place to celebrate something to do it here. Suga is absolutely amazing he goes above and beyond and goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. You only have to ask all the questions you need to beforehand, since they may not know if they offer your needs otherwise this place is perfect.

My son had his wedding this past weekend and we could not have been happier, with the venue and staff. Suga ensured our questions and any concerns we had were promptly addressed. He went well above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. Our guests also shared with us that the venue, food and service was excellent.Thank you again Suga, for making this a memorable moment for my son and daughter-in-law. You helped us bring their vision to life and thus helped them create their perfect wedding.I highly recommend this venue if you are looking to host an event. Angela

I had been to 2 events here in 1 day.Event 1: Hindu Tamil wedding. Food was great. Appam station was amazing and the coordinators were really helpful. We misplaced flowers and they went out of their way to help us search.Event 2: Birthday party. Food was okay. The meat curries were spicy! They had an apps station with plum sauce. The sauce was not coming out of the bottle. So i asked the server for another and she said "Squeeze harder" so i did and the cap of the bottle popped off and the sauce poured all over my outfit. The server saw and didnt apologize. i am not asking for a new outfit, just an apology. They also did nothing about the disfunctional bottle. There is an accident waiting to happen on someone else.They have to improve the surround sound in this hall. Its not a large hall and it has short ceilings so when the nathaswaram was playing it was blaring into our ears

Thank you to The Kennedy Convention Centre for an amazing Saree Ceremony experience. Just wanted to let you know that everyone was very impressed with the food and service , the attention to detail. my guests are still raving about all the food they had. Best at Coordinating any Events . Would highly recommend for any small or large event.

We had our daughter’s saree ceremony here on July, and everything was fantastic!! The food was delicious! All my guests thought the food and the service was amazing!! Senthuran did so much more than I asked for and everything looked great, I felt like Senthuran was apart of my family. The whole timing of this ceremony was wonderful! A big thing is how the price was reasonable. Everything was well organized. A big thank to Senthuran for making my family happy and having my ceremony perfect!!

My daughter had her saree ceremony and everything was amazing. Everything was on time, food was amazing, decorations wereperfect, etc. Thank you to Kennedy convention centre for giving my daughter an amazing saree ceremony.

Had my wedding here in April, 2023 and I still hear people telling me how delicious the food was and how much they liked the venue.The lights, layout, decor, color scheme and ambiance was exactly what we ask for. They were able to help with the backdrop, advised on food choices since we it was a multicultural wedding. They accommodated our Photo Booth, DJ, digital guest book. Literally everything we asked for we got.They service was excellent too, the food at the cocktail hour was a big hit, the buffet, champagne and service was on time. They were even kind enough to throw in a few surprises throughout the night for us.We worked with CK to plan our wedding and he made sure all our requests were met. He was open to talking, retuned my calls promptly and provided excellent service with a smile. I was even able to make changes the day before the wedding with ease.CK was there from the start to the very end of our reception, always checking in to make sure everything was how we wanted it to be throughout the night. I would definitely recommend Kennedy convention center and will be hosting more events there too. THANKS CK!!

Had an amazing reception event post wedding. Worked with Suganthan through the whole process. He was so easy going, accommodating and helped achieve our vision. The food was great, service was amazing and we will definitely use them in the future for other events
