Picked up a new set of snow tires and rims today. Staff were very friendly and professional. Chris (I hope I spelled her named correctly) was awesome! We had a slight issue with the tires and rims I ordered. She was able to find us a great alternative. She was a pleasure to deal with. 🙌

I went to Scarborough location today. It was a busy day still they managed to get the tire swapped within reasonable time and gave a surprise discount as well. Very good customer service and clean location.

A wonderful store that will bend over backwards to help. I was really impressed with how they squeezed me in (to fix a flat tire) by staying late despite being fully booked for the day with snow tire appointments for the coming storm.
