I have a recent purchase in this store. The cashier told to bring car in the pick up area for the pick up. Waited there about 15 min, nobody came. Then again went to the cashier and he told “are you ready?”, told the cashier that I have been waiting there. He told to wait there again. Again 10-20 minutes, nobody came. Called the number and a nice lady voice told, that they are coming. After a few moments, the cashier came and when asked why late he told; relax I was busy and nobody came to help me. When asked I don’t like your Costomer service then he told , if you don’t like don’t come next time. He said sorry but not sorry. He also told that he was nice from the beginning. He actually did not want to sale the item happily. Didn’t notice that the store was that busy. This kind of rude behaviour is not good for business and anybody.

I purchased a sofa, bed, TV stand along with a white dining table set from this location. An employee, by the name of Makayla went above and beyond in helping me choose the appropriate furniture to fill for my new apartment. She was kind, diligent, and cooperative which was a reason I felt comfortable in these purchases. Could you please pass my greetings along to her? The other employees who I cannot name from the top of my head, were also capable in answering any questions I may of had. The store produces very good employees. Would recommend to anyone shopping for home hardware and accessories to visit this location.
One recommendation, I have is instead of having to hire a private assembler, it would be awesome if JYSK had their own repair guys that could assemble products at a reasonable price. It is because others asked for a price that was unreasonable.

This store is very organized and clean. The minute I walked in we were greeted by the store manager Shawn. He was very kind and assisted us right away with what we were looking for. Thank you for the great experience. I will always travel to this store.

This weekend I was in 2 Jysk stores, shoppers world Brampton and your Scarborough location on Lawrence. Both locations had exceptional customer service!! At shoppers world a young lady named Radesia was fantastic. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. In Scarborough a young man named Marcus was equally as helpful. Great job hiring the right staff.

I came in to purchase artificial plants and when I walked thought the sliding doors, the store was very well lit and so clean & neat!
I saw an associate whose name is Brittney, and I let her know how much I appreciate the work and effort that they put into making this JYSK location looking fabulous. Brittney was super helpful and friendly. She took the time to help me sort out which plants I wanted. There was an artificial plant I liked that was up high on the shelf. Elijah came to assist us and he made it look so easy as he brought it down. What a kind young man. The level of customer service I received from Brittney and Elijah was outstanding!!!
While walking to checkout, I saw the store manager, Shawn and shared with him that he has amazing staff and that the store looked fantastic! Shawn was professional yet mad cool. Well done Team JYSK Cedarbrae Mall location!

I own multiple businesses and know what world class service is all about.
Makayla went above and beyond expectation by providing a service that was mind blowing.
Her attention to detail and determination to put a smile on every client that comes in is satisfying.
She answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and explained all documentation and delivery clearly.
She is an asset for this company and should be recognize for her determination and love for the company.
I normally don’t take time to leave reviews, but this one is earned.
I will stop shopping at Structube and now at JYSK.
She earned me as a lifetime client for my business and personal needs.

Well stocked store. Curteous and helpful staff. Some of the merchandise is quite unique and very practical. Plenty of parking space. Always a pleasure shopping at this store. Keep up the good work! Cheers!
