I was all set to give this place/brand 5 stars, but now I’m pissed. I bought an item for $65 and was considering getting a pair of shorts but didn’t for some reason. Fast forward 30 minutes later, I’m home, regretting not buying the shorts, so I hop online to grab them. And what do I see? The item I just paid $65 for is now 35% off! I’m talking like half an hour later, not a day, not a week—30 minutes!
I feel totally scammed. I’m probably not going back to ask for a refund or anything, but I’m definitely not going back to this brand.

Micheal was freaking awesome! He went above and beyond with helping me and my friends get right for vacation. He went to the back to pull items, help put together outfits and made great suggestions. We felt so good leaving the store knowing we made good purchases. Thank you!!

Went in looking for pants for a wedding. Tried on a pair and I was sold. Nicole also had suggested another pair of pants and her decision was better.
Staff were also great very sweet and kind.

I am just commenting about the customer experience I have encountered here over the few times I've walked in.
Workers just play on their phones, and chit chat without paying attention to me or my needs.
Anthony is a real pill who comes off as condescending and thinks he is better than me. Twice I've interacted with him and both times he's been very rude.
I'd rather take my money elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever I had in my life. I love jack and jones but this, I can’t believe a store employee can behave this way to any customer. I visited the store last week and the store employee was Very rude and aggressive behaviour towards me.
Not recommended at all. I never gonna go in again.

I recently visited Jack and Jones to find a Father's Day present. Michael was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through various options and ensuring I found the perfect gift. His dedication and excellent service made my shopping experience easy. I'll definitely be returning to Jack and Jones and highly recommend it for quality clothing and awesome customer service!

I happen to witness an incident of the employee with a customer today at JACK AND JONES store in STC who came to return a product legibly. The customer was literally harassed for no reason. The manager called the securitybecause of the colour of the person who did nothing but was calm. Very arrogant, judgemental, racist and thuggish attitude from the so called store manager. Honestly I am scared to go back to the store. JACK & JONES should do better with employees. Please hire people who are capable and good with client relations.

Extremely bad customer service. A staff who identified himself as Tony the store manager at STC - a fake name is definitely planning to ruin the good name of the company. We went to return a product but wouldn’t let us buy a new product or return the item because of our colour and called security with no provocation. Extremely racist and proactive behaviour for staff who should be the face of a renovated company. Utterly disappointed and we have been a regular customer of Jack and Jones but would never be returning.

Such a rude manager
Didn’t sell the product to me when I ask more clarity on the refund policy , not willing to sell the product and ask me to leave the store stating not to return
Security was called not helpful at all , they were friends

Today, I came in to this store to purchase a gift for a friend and was greeted with hostility. This employee, Michael saw my friend and immediately ran away saying “I’m not chatting with you!”. I felt extremely uncomfortable and intimidated by how he treated My friend, so I decided to just not get anything and left.
