Avoid This Store – Deceptive Practices
Beware of the dishonest tactics employed by the key person at this jeweler. Over the phone, they lure you in with reasonable prices. However, once you arrive, the price suddenly spikes by 30-40%. This bait-and-switch approach is both unethical and misleading. I will never return to this establishment, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

Great customer service. Store owner is very friendly and helpful. I had my white gold earrings plated with yellow gold here and a broken bracelet was repaired as well.

Had my ring adjusted by them; really professional guys. The owner made sure that I was getting the exact fit for my ring (even had it readjusted on the spot for a better) and was even cracking some jokes.
