Worst clothing store ever. Go there if you want to waste your money. I got a hoodie from them and I wore it once. The next day, the hoodies fur was coming out and it got completely ruined after 1 wear. We went to return it but they said that we couldn’t return it because we have already worn it. They kept giving us excuses and they kept blaming it on us, saying that it was our problem that their horrible clothing items had no quality. They told us that we “washed it wrong” even though we didn’t even wash it once. I wore it one time and the sweater was ruined. Please get good clothes from good stores, not from these low quality stuff that are cheap.

The lady working at the store seems to behave as such " Customers taken for granted". Customer has to come to the billing counter and let her know what we have selected and show her so that she will let us know what to do. We cannot ask about the pricing?
It's just written there! That's the reply.
Seriously??? Do they give anything free for a #dollar? No, but taken customer for granted!!

If anyone gives 5 star for this shop it probably should be a paid review!! Trust me when I say this.. never buy winter jacket or any jacket from this stupid shop. The lady told me this is their best selling jacket and I bought it.. also it mentioned it would go up to -40 and looked decent and branded.. the jacket I bought started tearing within 3 months of use. Just three months!! This store knows they sell cheap and poor quality stuffs and therefore they don’t have a return policy.. their return policy is for two or three weeks max.. if you are planning to use your jacket hardly for just one winter then sure this is your place. hopefully it lasts one winter atleastttt.. now again idk how the other products are.. but atleast winter jackets here are a joke. Put some more money and buy from a better company

It’s a fraud shop. Never go here until unless you want to waste your money. The one who were in billing section said no exchange or refund. I asked what if there is any damage, then they said, they are ok to accept exchange. While I tried the jacket at home I noticed the stitches were not good and the fur was coming out. I took it to them for the next day. The one who were billing me was not available the next day and the manager said they won’t accept the return. At the time of sale they can speak anything but not when you return it.

I bought this jacket a month and a half ago and it riped on the shoulder. With the exchange policy of 30 days and feedback of other customers who didnt get their exchange even within the 30 days I am not gonna show up to the store and waste my time asking for exchange but I want other customers to see the quality of the 169$ jacket I just bought. Better get a brand name for this price. I just got it cause it says it could go up to -35 and I walk a lot but its damaged now cause of poor stitching quality by the manufacturer.

It was boxing day when I visited the store. So lots of people shopoing. Great quality Canadian winter jackets. Good deal. I got the grayish parka for $99 originally 250 and I love it. Place is just a little packed. Service is good. Location is inside Scarborough Town Center.
