Very rude experience, no one greeted me when I walked in- they saw me and just stared. The two associates were standing in the front talking to each other. When I went to cash she (the black/ mixed girl braids and converse) rolled her eyes at me for asking if a book was in stock. She was very dismissive and unfriendly. Definitely could have been more client centric. No customer service at all- awful experience for such a simple question . No need for the attitude like I had disturbed her day for asking a question

Small and cozy Indigo. In my opinion it should be bigger because the store located in a big mall that lots of people visiting there and it has to meet the people needs.

It's a nice, little bookstore. And I do mean little. Small. Tiny. But nice.

Rude stuff! I am a frequent customer at Indigo’s different locations and was very disappointed with stuff at this location. Who addressed me in unbecoming manner when I was half sitting and looking over books. Incident happened Aug 22nd around 4:30pm.

Three stars because a place that makes such good pizza must be clean and spacious. Before money, human health and the happiness of the customers are important. Whether it's the seating area or the place where pizza is made, it must be absolutely clean. It should be mandatory for employees to wear gloves and all protective equipment.

This a bit more of an expensive mall but lots of shops & eateries. 2 floors. Lovely to just walk around. Cinema here too. Washrooms. Wheelchair accessible. Worth a visit

It is a smaller format indigo that is really more of a destination for pick up on online orders if you are looking for less mainstream books.Considering the square footage of the store, it is honestly well stocked for what a majority of people will be looking for.On my end, I read more light novels and manga so I would understand if they don't have what I am looking for.It is a smaller format bookstore to browse at the STC.
