This place is a total scam. I took my Honda Accord to this mechanic to fix my car AC, and they said they would charge for the diagnostic as part of the repair cost. After diagnosing, they claimed the AC compressor was dead and quoted me $1,000 for the part and $500 for labor. However, I researched and found that the part costs only $350, meaning they were charging me triple.I took my car to another mechanic who discovered it was a wiring issue, not the AC compressor, and he charged me only $150 for everything. It seems like these guys intentionally misdiagnosed the problem to charge people much much more.Avoid these store.

Great place! Just had my A/C fixed there. Very friendly staff, reasonable wait time, reasonable price! I went to a couple of other places which frightened me off. One big-name shop will charge me $160+ for just inspecting it. The guys at Ideal are very pragmatic and down to earth. I always admire people who make a living by honest work! This will potentially become my go-to place for auto repairs and maintenance. Highly recommended! Sri Lanka rocks!

I have been visiting this shop since I bought my first car. All the staff there are very friendly and efficient. As a newbie, I had a lot of questions and they answered very patiently. Like others, they won’t try to upsell stuff.
The prices were fair, and my car is now running smoothly. I highly recommend this shop for top-notch service.

Ideal Auto Tech is an excellent shop. I couldn't be more pleased with their services, pricing, professionalism and friendliness throughout the process. They do really good job with with their service and they return you vehicle clean. I will definitely come back to them. I highly recommend them.
