The lady who is working there is very rude and have bad behavior. Once I entered the shop and looking for a dress she refused to me show the ones which are on the 1st floor. Even though we pay a high price for the things we purchase, she do not respect customers. Better to avoid such situations but not visiting this place.

I dont know where to begin. If we had the option I would give negative stars. The lady is capable of ruining peoples days and mind. She is very very rude and zero customer service… very arrogant lady. ??????

Absolutely Horrendous Customer Service
1. **Rude Employee:** The lady who works there was incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment we entered the shop. She yelled at me twice unprovoked, as I observed her behaviour I realized she is very short tempered and literally yelled at everyone in the store one by one. Extremely aggressive, disrespectful, unprofessional and unfit to be working a customer service position.
2. **Lack of Assistance:** I spent over 30 minutes looking for a specific item with no help from the staff. I was specially asked to not touch anything because I may make a mess. Store was busy and extremely understaffed and When I asked for help, she responded with attitude and made me feel like I was bothering her? lol
3. **Unclean and Disorganized:** The store was a mess, with products scattered everywhere and aisles blocked by carts and boxes. It was difficult to navigate, and no one seemed to care about maintaining a clean and organized environment.
This experience has left a very negative impression on me. I will not be returning to Hijab Fashions EVER again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place if they value decent customer service.

I visited this store several times as I need few specific items that the store carries. The store has a huge collection of hijabs and other items as well.
However, like other reviewers I also second that the behaviour of the sister ( owner) can be a little better. And I believe she definitely can do much better. I make doa that she reads these reviews and ponder on this very important attribute of a muslim.
As we know from the Hadith ...
(1) Abu Hurairah narrated that Prophet Muhammad has said: "Indeed I have been sent to complete the best of character (akhlaq).
(2) "The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Nothing will be heavier on the Day of Resurrection in the Scale of the believer than good manners. Allah hates one who utters foul or coarse language."
May Allah (SWT) bless this sister ( owner) and all of us to have the best of akhlaq. Amin

If I could give this a negative review I would. The owner Fatima is super rude. Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. I drove from Ottawa happy that I would be able to get some hijabs from this place but doors were closed even after opening time. Don’t waste ur time here guys and just go somewhere else. It’s horrible and disgusting ?

This used to be my go to store but unfortunately now the store has become a complete mess and you get yelled at by the owner for browsing products. Unacceptable behavior towards customers.

Used to enjoy dropping by but as of late, it has been somewhat disorganized, stock variety has lessened it seems. Furthermore, it has been a bit stressful due to an unwelcoming environment - feels as it kids are not welcome.
Hoping it can rebound because we'd certainly like to keep returning.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. Where do I even begin!? The owner has no sense of social awareness and respect for staff and customers. When we went in she was rudely talking to an elderly couple. I then went to look for some hijabs for my sister and she was adamant on us not opening any of the packages because she had a long day and she didn’t have time to fold any more clothes. She then started yelling at her worker about how she can’t do anything. I was already quite done with the whole experience and was waiting for her to check me out, when she came and accused me of throwing her dresses on the FLOOR. I told her I didn’t even look at those dresses and she said “you could be a little more considerate”. HUH!? I instantly walked out as she didn’t deserve another customer.
Avoid this place at all costs. I’m sure you can find a million other modest clothing stores with better staff and clothing options.

Extremely rude lady. If I could give negative stars, I would. We walked in and the storeowner was fighting/yelling at her own workers and customers, including an elderly couple. When we asked her if she had a specific item we were looking for, she directed that anger towards us and talked to us in the rudest tone imaginable. Usually, I understand when it’s a matter of having a bad day, however this is not the case. Whenever we visit this store, she is always rude and has horrible customer service. Do not go here. If you look at the other reviews, they are all 1 star and talking about the same issue which tells you all you need to know. Also, everything is so overpriced, even for its poor quality. The place is a mess. You’d be much better off going to another store, with better service AND quality.
