Service was fine.. but the way owner treats any other community i didn't liked it. He is not good with the communication skills. Being honest is fine but being rude to customer is not good. I just ignored the way he was talking because i want the service to be done. But please everyone will die be kind to your customers.
Edited :- you have issue with my phone calls? I will do whatever i want that should not be your issue other than that about the parking.. that was first time i visited your shop i didnt knew it .

THIS GUY IS A CHEAT, DISHONEST, RUDE AND ARROGANT. I got the oil change done for my car at 250000 and he put up the sticker for the next change at 258000 however the car started to show the oil change message at 254000. I requested him to check, he did the oil change again saying his mechanic must have forgotten to reset the car computer the last time and charged me another $73.50.I WOULD REQUEST EVERYONE NOT TO AVAIL ANY SERVICES FROM THIS GUY. He blatantly asks for cash in order to syphon the taxes and doesn't give the bill of service. PATHETIC SERVICE.

Before driving a long distance, I went for inspection and maintenance. During the maintenance, I called and asked me to replace the balance bar. They said that the balance bar was loose. However, during the trip, I found that the brake pads were seriously worn, which directly caused the brake disc to be damaged. This should have been discovered during the maintenance inspection. The problem has not even been checked out. We are busy making dirty money. Let’s all avoid it.

Very rude with lot of attitude. Once you left your car to them, they do not answer phone call anymore, you have to talk face to face if you have any question. Lots excuse always. To avoid headache, to save money and time, won't come back again

Do not recommend this shop.The car was in good condition and went in for oil change. But they told me that transmission needs repair. Eventually ended up spending near 1000$ in the shop.Went to different place to seek second opinion and confirmed the mechanic was lying about the situation. Replaced parts that do not need.Will never go to this shop again and do not recommend this to anyone.Services: Transmission

Strong who is the owner is a great person to deal with. He is fair, honest and does what is required. He explains the repairs and gives you the best advice moving forward.. He is the type of person you want to keep in business. I have told many of my friends and they have gone their for repairs and continue to go based on the above comments.
