Besides the amazing products and prices, I experienced incredible customer service here the other day. I ended up tripping and spraining my ankle in the parking lot as I was leaving the store and ended up breaking a few jars of pasta sauce and pop bottles I purchased (I was super lucky as i was close to landing on the broken glass. A staff member (I believe she was a manager and I really wished I asked for her name) was off the clock and leaving the store, and witnessed my fall. She came over and helped my mom and I out, and actually phoned the store and told them to replace everything that was broken for us. I was super thankful for her help, especially as she was off the clock and just about to go home! ❤️

calling customer shouting and with anger.. I came to know from my receipt her name is Jeyanthini C, I had also same experience earlier with another cashier, a woman. please teach them some manner.

Customer service, especially by a very few is terrible. You get the impression that you are an annoyance because they have to cash you out while you watch others with shopping cart full just walk out without paying and they say nothing.

It is a discount department store, so you probably want to remember that when setting your expectations. If you are familiar with the chain, this location is better than most. Good staff, decent selection, store is clean.

this store was very good for customers before. They have closed all of the self check outs where they had 5 of them . Upon doing that they only have 2 cashiers with long line ups . They didn't open any other cashiers or put more staff to help with the long checkouts. Customer in line are so frustrated with the terrible service they now get. IF you close the self check outs you should put more staff on to cash out
