I recently visited the Gap Factory store ans was disappointed with the quality of the merchandise. Despite the substantial discounts from the original prices, I found that even the reduced prices did not justify a purchase. The original prices seemed highly inflated for the low quality offered. Ultimately, I decided to shop at Winners instead, where I ended up purchasing about 10 outfits. This is my personal experience.

Came twice this week. All fitting rooms were closed both days. For what run offline store and keep fitting rooms closed? I ve seen such situation first time in my life. Bought only jeans and had to return it because it doesn't fit me well. Definetely you can do the return , but it also requires time to get there. Good selection of clothes but not good example of customer service

Went 2 days before Black Friday where I guess there was a sale going on in anticipation. The change rooms were all locked and not available to be used, I'm guessing to herd people through the store and have more flow of people with less dwell times. I did make a purchase but there was so much more I didn't buy because I didn't want to risk not being able to try it on. Be better guys.
