The two main guys that always work there are a so rude. They don't even pay attention when your talking to them. Couldn't be bothered to help out. Guess that's what you get with minimum wage workers with no incentive. Avoid this location.

Great people who helped me get the hard to get silent hill 2 game right when it was released on Oct. 8. They did not have the discs on the racks for anyone to just quickly grab, but at their cashier's drawer to only give them out to loyal silent hill fans. I like that. Walmart did not have them at their racks, and I was afraid I couldn't get em anywhere due to being sold out. The GameStop cashier even didn't ask for reservation credentials as I did not pre-order the game!! Wonderful!

One of the worst customer service ever visited the store to trade in my ps4 standard edition and the male employee with long hair in the cash register treated us in an insulting way by far the worst and rude customer service ever hope it changes

The STC Gamestop team is always VERY helpful and hospitable every time I visit, they really go above and beyond for their customers. They're well mannered, always courteous, down to Earth, know the product and make you feel welcomed with their kind personalities whenever they strike up a casual conversation with you. Even when it gets super busy, they take the time to welcome you in and ask you if you need something specific, they genuinely care. I've run into Brian several times over the years at multiple Gamestop locations and he's always been awesome and a great help with looking for something. Since working in the area, this has become my nearest location to visit and I'm happy with the service they provide.
Shout outs to: Mike, Jessica, Kat and especially Brian for all the years of Fantastic Customer care, I really appreciate everything your team does. Grazie mille!

I come in this store from time to time to browse and see what's new. However, one of their new employees or manager seems to take issue with people coming into the store to do just that. I've gotten glares from this employee for no reason and very abrupt service, as one time I was asked "Can I help you?" in a very rude manner as if I shouldn't have been in the store.
If the employee is worried about potential thieves, you shouldn't work in a video game store, where a great portion of the customers are young people and teenagers.

This is probably the worst gamestop. Today's pokemon Day, and my child was excited to do some trades. This bigger built lady with red hair working behind the counter was complaining that she's sick of pokemon already and she just started working. The older man working with her was even uncomfortable with the comments she was making. She was mimicking the other kids that were in the store. We never felt so uncomfortable.She said all these kids give bad cards to the trade binder. My son didn't end up trading anything. She made a lot of comments that make me question why she even works here.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with an unbelievable condensending supervisor at your Scarborough Ontario EB Games store at 300 Borough Dr.This is about an interaction with an employee or manager at the at the EB Games store. I gave corporate a chance to solve this and there was no follow up the first 2 times. I ultimately phoned and they did not provide anything other than telling me they received the complaint. I'm absolutely sure they won't do anything with this from their tone.It first started when I phoned the store to tell them that they gave me the wrong game. They said they would let me keep it and then refund me if I came in to the store. I travel out of my way to the store and the store employee doesn't acknowledge me entering. When making the return with another more helpful employee, the first employee at the counter then first refuses to listen to my comments that this is the incorrect game. I'm thinking this is getting weird now. The rude one tells me that he will do a refund but refuses to keep the promise I received over the phone to keep the game and refund. When making the refund he is being extremely condescending the entire time and uttering "Oh $5, wow. " and stuff along that line, this is unbelievably erking that he just keeps going on like this the entire transaction. In the end he dumps the change on the table. This is extremely unprofessional behaviour, I expected better from this franchise so I reported the incident to EB Corporate and they said they would get a Regional Manager to investigate, I suppose that meant investigate and not report back. Customers shouldn't be treated this way. It's disrespectful. I've bought thousands of dollars of product from your company for years and I'm in awe of how willful this was and the final response of nothing.I'd just like to give you the heads up that this employee will end up affecting your bottom line in the future and already has. I'm already buying a new gaming system elsewhere that was one of the reasons I visited the store that day but his additude and behavior killed that prospect.
