The lady here name Angela Yang is not helpful. We did a account transfer called my sister to be on site cause we need her and presented our ID and the lady did a credit check on me but she did not finish the account transfer and instructed me to call the freedom customer service and give the account number that she gave. It's common sense we went there to do the job and she's transferring us to customer service to finish the task. It's an hassle and waste of time. Went to other freedom store with my sister.

I just called this place 3:30 pm July 25th 2022 and a lady picked up. She sounded so lazy! She told me Freedom doesn’t do trade in’s when in fact, that is stated on their website. She didn’t even want to help she told me to go to another location. So many people have complained and nothing is done. Why are customers being told to go to another location. Such lazy workers.
