I visited the Fido store in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada, and I was very impressed by the service and expertise of Mankirat Singh. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the products and plans that both Fido and Rogers offers. He helped me find the best deal for my needs and budget, and he explained everything clearly and patiently. He also answered all my questions and concerns, and he made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. He went above and beyond to make my experience at the store pleasant and hassle-free. The guy i dealt with was polite at this location. I bought a plan online and requested to pick up my SIM card at this particular location online, lined up for 1hrs to find out that there system/location does not offer SIM cards, told to call customer service and request that they send it to our home address. I have been on wait for an 1.5 hrs over the phone. It’s damn near impossible to speak with anyone in person for something as simple as getting a SIM card. Please update the Fido website and not give this location as an option to pick up a SIM- I could have gone to Scarborough Town instead. But since I specified online and requested Agincourt Fido as the pick up location i have to call customer service where no one is answering the phone. It’s only Fido that you would wait on the phone for 3 hrs and they would hang up on you. I am beginning to regret my decision with switching over to them.
