The Store saying buying time you got the warranty after buying your sofa is very cheap no warranty no guarantee. I bought it so far just a three months old is a spring all comes out., My $750 is waste please customers don’t go the store you can check warranty and everything is asked paper no proof no guarantee no warranty

Horrible customer service (never answering the phone, extremely rude). They moved my furniture to another warehouse without notifying me. When they did deliver, the price was higher than what I was told for delivery. They sent two delivery people who actually damaged my hardwood floors by leave scratches. When I let the company know they denied it. AVOID at all costs and go to an actual reputable company.

Absolute waste of humanity this owner is. Useless flyers thrown into people's mailboxes. Scam of a store with employees that are untrustworthy. If this store closes down, it would be a benefit to the community.

This company liters the neighborhood with ugly signs and leaves their unwanted fliers everywhere. Their garbage is flying into the forest, it's irresponsible and ignorant. Do better and pay for legal marketing.

I bought sofa and bed set purchase from there last week
Thats a good price I love it ?
But They delivered things to my home they broke my front window after work i came home and check the door is broken after I called that everest store He didn't response my called He said i am lying to tell the door is broken . I don't mind if they broke the door i can fixed it but his reply is very bad
Don't tell this kind of irresponsible reply
I really disappointed this place
They broke the door no response too

I ordered two and three seater couch. I placed the order with Priya she is awesome. I wanted two piece delivered at different address and three piece at different address. She arranged everything to our satisfaction. No delivery charge. The delivery guy Dinesh and Suresh were awesome. I had an old couch in the living room which I needed to take down in the basement. They did it without any objection. Dismantle and fixed it correctly. Adding my new couch pictures which I just love it.

This place does not deserve even a single star. Right from their products to customer service, it is all a hoax. Supremely bad quality products which are wrongly advertised well by them. We bought a sofa from Everest furniture and in no time the fixtures were broken, the cushioning gone, and we could almost feel the wood while sitting on it. When we complained about this to the store owner, he said and I quote "It is not a good quality sofa but we have to say good things for selling it. We cannot do anything about it now".
Bunch of scammers selling worst quality products. Do not buy anything from here.
