I don't know about the New policy of ESSO that in order to use washroom you need to buy first something. You cannot use washroom first and buy later. There is even no store number on display at main entrance as other ESSO's have. Kindly take some action against the person responsible.

I don’t know why but the gas prices here is 10-15 cents higher than other gas stations nearby. That’s too much. Since then staying away from this gas station.

The person at the front denied me to use the washroom;and it happened at 10:49 am on september 7,2024. My friend just used the washroom, and i went 5 mins later and counter person said that the washroom is out of order. How comes it is possible that in 5 mins washroom got out of order.
As per the cities' rules "no one can be denied to use the washroom". And i was about to buy the gas but seeing this behaviour left me speechless.
I suggest the owner should look after it and i will also call customer care of esso, and city inspector to have an insight in this matter.

This is my usual location for gas I had to go in today to get change with my purchase and the boy working would not help me despite having a toddler in stroller I would need to hike to the next store in the rain to get change and miss the bus. Thanks alot and I hope someone helps you out just the same as you did us.

BTW : if the attendant boy said he didn't have an extra $5 of coins on top of the $2 change that was due after my (would-be) purchase to spare that'd be fine but instead he just refused to help.. Maybe he was upset I interrupted him on his phone... he needs to work on himself and this location needs to work on finding better service for their customers.
This is so close to home and extremely convenient when getting last minute gas, but I have no problem never coming to this location again because I don't want to have to deal with such a miserable employee again.
