It's such a ridiculous brand that I don't understand how they became global. I online booked a car for 6 days, trusting that it was global. I went to the branch at my reservation time, they said there was no vehicle. They ruined all my plans, my work, everything. Since the Enterprise brand is international, do not rent a car with confidence, I would not recommend you even pass by it. I called customer service and they said they would call me back, but hours passed and no one called back. A completely ridiculous company. I will also report these to the Canadian government complaint page by email.

Contacted the company twice because of the condition of the Canadian flag being displayed outside building on Milner Ave it was in bad shape.They took no action for at least 2 weeks to remove it , currently there is no flag fly outside buildingAs of today November 15th 2023 , company has yet to put back a Canadian flag on their empty flag pole.Very disrespectful!!

SCAMMERS! Don’t fall for it.They are trying to charge me for something that was paid in full back in January. Their claim doesn’t even add up to the paperwork I have still on file. They are asking for more money, also seeing it was back in January… why are they hounding me now in September? I Never throw away important documents folks. These guys ain’t getting a cent out of me. They can ban me for all I care. Garbage company. Do not rent from enterprise.

My car broke down and I needed to rent a car asap. I went to the location at 1997 Merivale Road. They were swamped, the phone was constantly ringing and 3 staff members short. I dealt with about 3 different people but mostly Robbie, the manager. I was so impressed by how calm and professional everyone was in that stressful situation. They got me a car and was thrilled with the service. I've been in client service for over 30 years and folks could learn from them.

The Enterprise is the rental to go to, their fleet of cars and trucks are new, and excellent with unlimited mileage. Prices are not high service is excellent. What more can you ask for.

They are scammers, Economical insurance rented a car for me and they were fully responsible for all bills but I have been severally harassed by Enterprise through email, phone calls and mails that I owned despite explaining to them that I was a no fault driver and all that. I won’t fall for your threat, I am going to expose you and go to court if you continue harassing me. I have also read a lot of reviews and saw that you guys have done this to many people.

Enterprise is a business that engages in fraudulent practices for loss recovery. In my case since I was not willing to just pay them for repairs that were not my fault and all the documentation was provided to allow them to go after the proper person. When I challenged the validity of the claim against me their immediate recourse was to just ban me! So they lose me as a customer, they don’t get my money and everyone who will listen hears about the risks of renting from a questionably run business.
