I had a wonderful experience visiting elegant jewellers!!! Mr Vijay was extremely patient and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and was quick to understand my concerns and requests. He is also very savvy as far as trends go and this enabled me to select what I wanted quickly.

Horrible service right from the start. I called to find out if they do resizing for rings. I didn't want a estimate or time frame ...simply just a yes or no.. they refused to tell me anything over the phone.That was enough to start looking elsewhere.
