My experience at this Dollarama branch was very disappointing. A female employee, who acted differently when she noticed I was speaking another language, repeatedly bothered me while I was shopping with my children. She followed us around, displayed rude and aggressive behavior, and harshly told me not to touch any items. Her constant questioning about whether I was buying items added to the frustration. This encounter negatively impacted my day, and I hope the store addresses this issue to ensure better treatment for all customers.

?25th of July 24- such a heartbreaking incident happened at this Dollarama! Two African males from Dollarama was trying attack an Asian man with his little child! It was so abusive word they both used toward this innocent father! I have approached them and asked about the cenario and realised that little child was autistic! I am strongly standing for his rights as I am a lawyer and I will approach this Dollarama employees legally! This must stop! What is such haters toward asians?

this very nice young handsome employee who’s name i think is Raymond, was very kind and helpful to me and my 6 children. he helped me find exactly what i was looking for and was very polite! he should be an example to all employees.

Horrible experience today. Went around lunch hour. Used the self checkout, this poor woman next to me with a WALKER was asked to go back and get another item because the one she had didn’t scan.
Then the same thing happened to me, I had picked up an item that didn’t hv a bar code, I called over the cashier and he’s says to me YOU hv to go get another one. I went back picked up all the pieces they had and brought them back to the cashier because NONE of them had a bar code!! He then calls for help… his coworker comes and says ..”oh , yeah.none of them hv it… I think.. they are over $4 so scan something else for over $4 in replace of the item!!!!”
I said “no, thank you” and cancelled all the items.
As I was walking out , I could hear everyone at the self checkout complaining about the service .

The black cashier at this store is so horrible . I was using the self checkout since the cashier section was not open. He started counting my items when I was not even done then he started yelling at me saying which items you haven’t scanned ? Then proceed to scan the item which was scanned already saying it’s not scanned . And did the transaction again saying I put the items in the wrong section . I have been doing the self checkout for a while and honestly I put the items any side I want and check out with out any issue . The pepperoni stick near the self check out section was showing 1.75 and 2 sticks of pepperoni was together so I scanned it once , he proceed to tell I have to scan that twice so I am not even sure why it’s attached together to just create confusion . If you don’t trust customers pls open the cashier section , I don’t think you have to put cashiers behind to count each dollars as anyways this guy wasted extra time .
