The old style ma and pa dollar stores are gone nowadays. A buck or two, everything for a dollar store, dollarzone or whatever fancy creative names owners had for their dollar stores are all extinct now in the GTA and malls because of dollarama. Speaking of a buck or two, that used to the be primary dollar store here in Bridlewood mall before it was replaced by this establishment. I remember the staff were miserable and the cashiers didn't know as frog from dwell. I remember the owner or manager of that store being very rude to me and other customers whenever he was working as the cashier. In that buck of two dollar store they even had signs posted like "Lovely to look at! lovely to hold! If you break it consider it sold!" You ought to be some sort of special person to post such pathetic signs in such a pathetic store. It's not like a broken glass mug or knick knack will tear into your profits. Anyways, Dollarama has arrived and it's here to stay, no more hostile buck or two useless dollarstore anymore, this is it's savior and replacement.

I wanted to void one item at the self-chekout and the machine said wait for assistance. Since there was a long line at the cash, I decided to cancel everything and use another machine. The cashier was an indian lady and she was very rude and disrespectful. She yelled at me and said that I have to use the same machine otherwise she has to void and everything will go to her record and she would look bad. I do not know why dollarama does not train these people before leaving the store to them. She was very unprofessional, and rude. She was about to attack me because I did not use the machine she wanted me to use for self-checkout.

my mother was shopping at this location and encountered difficulties while using the self-checkout machine. As she is not familiar with such technology, she sought assistance from a nearby staff member. Unfortunately, the staff member completely ignored her request for help, offering no assistance whatsoever. This lack of support was both disappointing and frustrating.

Holy Dollarama. What would we do without her? Quite large and wide range. But I didn’t find drinking water here at $1 per liter in blue bottles. ?

"The customer service at this location is extremely poor. I encountered a cashier who not only displayed rudeness but also engaged in disrespectful behavior by speaking negatively about customers in their native language. Furthermore, the cashier's inability to communicate effectively in English added to the frustration. Overall, this experience was disappointing and unacceptable."
