Today at 5:10 pm, I went to buy some stationery, but when I tried to use the self-checkout, the woman at the counter stopped me, saying I had too many items. I noticed that she allowed other customers with even more items to use the self-checkout without issue. When I asked why, she became visibly hostile, saying it was up to her to decide where I paid. She hesitated to scan my items, immediately called for backup, and then discussed my race in her local language with another attendant. When I asked for her name or employee number, she dismissed me with a smirk, saying, "Do whatever you want." This blatant racism and threatening attitude are unacceptable, and I demand serious action against this discriminatory behavior.

I have a pretty good experience every time I go here the only problem I see with this store nowadays is that they need to change their name because nothing in this store is $1 anymore it has become a gimmick leaving room for somebody to open a true dollar store again!

Very organized, love how they made it bigger. You could find alot of things here. I used to like how they treated customers but I've been there 2 days in a row and I did not like or appreciate there customer service! The first day I went I refused to use the self check out. there were 2 ladies at the cash that just looked at me, not 1 of them mentioned they were getting someone to cash me out, basically disregarded me, the woman eventually came. The second day I went as soon as I walked in,the line up was going into an aisle I heard an older lady ask them to open up a cash register and they told her no. As its my turn i decided to go to self check out i had 2 glass items so I asked one of the ladies what if this needs wrapping,she literally got the paper to wrap it and told me to wrap it when im done, I said to her "I'm supposed to wrap this?" She grabbed my glass items wrapped them and put them back on the counter where I was checking out, mind you she said NOTHING within that whole time!
Customer service definitely got WORST and its unfortunate because its walking distance for me and im so keen on customer service. I may not shop there again!

Have all of the required items and seasonal items, Stationery.
Enough parking. Fast checkout.
They have over Alert employee, causing confusion due to self checkout.
But since I don't know the dimension of rasissim but my friends concluded that it was soft racism.

Right from the beginning of our interaction the customer service representative was rude towards me.
Her tone was very unpleasant and she seemed annoyed to have to assist me.
She picked up the chips from my basket scanned it and slammed it down.
You could hear the crunch. I said I didn't want that bag now that she broke all the chips. Not a word not an apology..
Nothing except now she is showingly even more perturbed.
I frequent this location in a regular basis and have never had any sort of negative interaction with any of the staff.
I no longer recommend this location as I feel that this is not an acceptable display of customer service.
