Disappointing. At first there was only one issue that I was unhappy with but now I see there are four. I won't return nor recommend this body shop.

CSN Howden made repairing my car a breeze. Daniel kept me up to date with the progress of the repairs and they had my car ready before the completion date they had estimated. My car looks like new both on the outside and inside thanks to the car detailing service they provide. Fast, trustworthy with exceptional customer service. Thanks Howden!

Great customer experience dealing with CSN Howden. Friendly, professional and great at communication. I was always kept up to date on the work and when it would be completed. Repairs look great! Would highly recommend!

Came here for an insurance claim. I cannot speak for ‘non’ claim work done by this shop. However rob and his team did a great job on my car which gotten hit and run damage from a person reversing and hitting my bumper and leaving the scene. Repair was quick which took 4 days replacing a bumper. Rob always kept me informed with the repair status through email. Overall staff is nice and would definitely recommend this shop. Enterprise is nearby too which is great.

Had a great experience with this business. I had previously been in an accident and had been directed to a repair shop in a Toyota dealership and had horrible service, so I was hesitant to get my car repaired again. CSN was fabulous with communication and thoughtful to what has happened. The car came back looking better than before the accident. I appreciate the team very much and am very thankful ?

Everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous. They thoroughly explained the repairs that had to be done and made car rental easy to do.

Got my car fixed here and did excellent job of replacing the door and matching the paint colour. Very satisfied with the service and the timeline of the job. Thanks to all the staff especially Daniel who kept me updated with the progress and details.
