My experience with CSN Brimell was amazing! From start to finish, the process was seamless, and their work was superb. Mike and Susan were friendly, helpful, and efficient. It seems that everyone there went the extra mile, and my car came out better than ever - it was even done early! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will recommend CSN Brimell to anyone who asks.

Excellent service from the staff who go out of their way to accommodate your needs. The work on my vehicle was done properly and efficiently, and both Wayne and Susan made sure nothing was overlooked. My vehicle was also cleaner than when I brought it in!. The staff at CSN Brimell were professional. They listened to what my concerns were. Facilitated what was needed to ensure the repairs got done.Wayne Woo made sure his crew finished the repairs on a timely manner. They went well above and beyond. He also coordinated that I’d be look after with respect to a rental in the meantime. The Enterprise Car Rental - White Haven / Scarborough Ontario manager Atiyah ( I apologize if I spelt your name wrong I miss place the business card) made sure I had a vehicle that would enable three baby car seats to fit into the car, keeping safety and well being of three young children.If anyone is looking for a thorough work on repairs, take a visit to the CSN Brimell. DO NOT REPAIR YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!I don’t know how this place has a 3.9. It should have a -1. GUS STAVROPOLOUS (the manager) is the worst person I have ever spoken to in my entire life. He is extremely rude and very disrespectful! DO NOT REPAIR YOUR CAR HERE!!!! GUS STAVROPOLOUS, you are a rude disgusting person. There are ways to talk to people. You should educate yourself. Also these guys did a horrible job at “fixing” the damages done to our car. The whole side that they “fixed” is ridged and the lines don’t match up. You guys suck! Gus you’re a horrible manager and individual. You should step down. You’ll be the reason the company fails. A million thumbs down!!!!!

I dropped my car yesterday to fix the bumper, but unfortunately nothing has been fixed and still the damage is still there. I’m extremely disappointed and not satisfied. I paid for the whole replacement but nothing was fixed.

Very pleased with the service. We left our vehicle(hyundai Elantra) for a body repair, and got it back within two weeks as promised. We could not be more happier. the vehicle was in impeccable condition inside and out, they even detailed the vehicle for us!! On top of that they even added wheel lock nuts for the dealership to install free of charge. I would highly recommend using Brimell for all your body work needs. The insurance covered the cost of the repair, but even if they don't you will not be disappointed!!

I unfortunately had to bring my car in for repairs/paint and I wanted to get 'er done properly and without any further issues. Instead of bringing my vehicle in to (with all due respect) a Mama & Papa shop, I decided to look for a reputable and proper shop near my office (Scarborough).I'm extremely glad that I did. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with a gentleman named Wayne (service advisor), and after only a little bit, Wayne and I both landed on a number which I was satisfied with.Everybody I've encountered at CSN Brimell has been proper and polite. It's obvious that they understand that us customers would rather not be there to begin with, so I noticed that although their happy attitude is over-the-top, it's actually nice to encounter this kind of service when dealing with stuff like involuntarily needing the fix your car.Wayne had also set me up with a fair "deal" for a rental car from Enterprise, which is conveniently only half a block away from their shop.I'm extremely glad that I chose to bring my whip in to CSN Brimell and you should as well if you're looking for a no BS shop to fix your vehicle.Thanks Shane & Wayne!

My brand new car got stolen after I took it to this servicing Center. I had a dent in the rear end of the car, they took the vehicle inside for 25 minutes to check the dent in the back which was clearly not necessary. My car got stolen within a few days after I gave my details and booked an appointment for fixing the dent. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SERVICE CENTER!!!
