I look for a specific cologne, and they know they don't sell it but yet the effort they make to try to help me get something comparable is first class! The girls there are spectacular! The selection is second to none!

Absolutely hated the customer service here, ironic that with a perfume place you would expect them to welcome you. One worker there just kept looking at me like I was going to steal something, really didn't appreciate the weird looks I got while I was shopping.

Went to buy a couple colognes with some friends and after smelling 3 the short Indian worker told me that I could only smell 1 more then if I wanted to try more I'd have to buy something, how are we going to know what we want to buy without smelling it beforehand. I think this was a way to cover up that they are selling counterfeit products because why else would she prevent us from smelling anymore fragrances.

I've been going here for close to 20 years. I'm really happy to see they are selling clones of higher end stuff such as Lattafa and similar. It seems Shoppers Drug Mart is too good to do so. The prices are fair and it's always interesting to see what is in the middle of the store in particular as there always seems to be a brand or two that I'm not aware of. One of the best finds in the middle of the store was a copy of Paco Rabanne Black L'Execes by Dumont "exciting insense". The other brand was V Venza on the bottle. I had a friend spend about $400 in there one time. The staff had a lot of great recommendations as well such as Al Haramain L'Adventure Black. Between me and three friends we have bought 4 bottles of it. If you're new to cologne and perfume. Try sampling a cheap tester and if you like it don't be shy to ask what the company is going for as if it's really popular they probably have a higher quality longer lasting version of it near the cash register.

This place has so many perfumes it’s so nice. Very affordable and they have some dupes for a lot of really good brands as well. They’ve also got some good makeup options as well but seriously seeing a wall of perfumes and colognes is a woman’s dream. Definitely my go to place for gifts.

Dont waste time coming here, they have the worst customer service, the short indian lady shouts at us for looking at products and gave us a lot of attitude, and kept staring and following us throughout the store. I had a basket full of things to buy but i left it because of her. Half of the cosmetics were from unknown cheap china brands anyway and way overpriced so dont waste your time coming here

Not a good experience. Workers were staring at us and following us the entire time we were in the store. Made me feel very uncomfortable. And about 30 min later a worker yells at us for touching the products but not buying most of them. It was my first time there so I just wanted to look at everything to see what I was going to buy. I have to be able to at least hold the product and take a closer look to know weather or not I want to buy it. The worker yelled at us for making a mess but we always put things in the right sections, and it's there job to be reorganizing it. The store was organized and there were some good products. I just wish the customer service was better.
